About this sample

This is an illustrative sample built to demonstrate the structure and depth of a full AI Discovery Report™. It does not represent live findings for a specific client engagement, and figures shown are illustrative only.

What an AI Discovery Report™ analyses

A completed report examines how a defined set of AI models — including ChatGPT, Gemini, Claude, Perplexity and Microsoft Copilot — respond to realistic buyer prompts within a category, such as 'sterile injectable CDMO with US-FDA approval' or 'CDMO experienced in lyophilised formulations.' It documents which companies are named, how they are described, what capabilities are attributed to them, and where the underlying information appears to originate.

Illustrative finding pattern

In categories we have sampled for demonstration purposes, AI responses tend to concentrate around a small number of well-documented companies, frequently repeating the same three or four names across different models and phrasings. Mid-sized and newer entrants with strong technical capability are often absent — not because they lack capability, but because their capability is not expressed in a way current AI models can confidently interpret and repeat.

What the full report includes

A completed AI Discovery Report™ for a client organisation includes category-specific prompt testing across major AI platforms, a capability-understanding assessment, a comparison against named and unnamed competitors, and a prioritised set of recommendations that feed directly into an AI Discovery Strategy and execution plan.
