Methodology Demonstrations

Illustrative AI Discovery Reports™, methodology demonstrations and sample transformation examples — demonstrating method, not unsupported claims.

Illustrative demonstrationsThe items below are clearly labelled illustrative examples built to demonstrate our methodology and reporting format. They do not represent fabricated client results or statistics.

What “AI-readable” actually means

The core of AI Visibility is making a company’s real capabilities unambiguous to an AI model. The clearest way to show what that means is a side-by-side. Below is a typical capability sentence as many manufacturing websites write it today, next to the same information restructured so an AI model can extract and repeat it accurately. Both are illustrative.

Typical (hard for AI to interpret)

“With decades of combined expertise, our state-of-the-art facility delivers world-class solutions across a diverse portfolio, backed by a commitment to quality and innovation that sets us apart in a competitive landscape.”

No product category, no certification, no capacity, no market — nothing an AI model can extract or repeat.

Restructured (AI-readable)

“We manufacture WHO-GMP certified oral solid dosage tablets and capsules, with an installed capacity of [X] million units per month, exporting to [named regions]. Our facility holds [named certifications] and specialises in [named therapeutic categories].”

Specific, extractable facts an AI model can confidently use when a buyer asks a relevant question. (Bracketed values are placeholders — real figures are always specific to the organisation.)

That single shift — from language written for people who already know you, to facts an AI model can extract — is what every demonstration on this page illustrates.

The approach behind every demonstration

How we make an organisation AI-readable

1

Observe

We see how AI models currently describe your organisation against real buyer prompts, and where they get you wrong, vague, or absent.

2

Diagnose

We identify the specific gaps: missing facts, ambiguous language, inconsistent information across the web that AI cannot reconcile.

3

Restructure

We rewrite and structure your capability information so AI models can extract clear, specific, accurate facts about what you do.

4

Verify

We re-test the same buyer prompts to confirm AI now understands and represents you correctly, and keep monitoring as models change.

The demonstrations below are illustrative examples of this method applied to specific, realistic situations across manufacturing and research.

Illustrative Example: Why Inconsistent Information Confuses AI

AI builds its understanding from many sources. When they disagree, it hedges — or drops you. A demonstration of resolving conflicting information.

Illustrative Example: Using Structured Data to Declare Capabilities

Beyond readable text, structured data lets you declare capabilities to AI crawlers explicitly. A demonstration of the principle, in plain terms.
